Add the selected item to your shopping list or. your basket by clicking on the “add to basket” button. From there you can view the items you have selected or specify the quantity you would like to purchase, and then complete your purchase by clicking the “complete purchase” button. You then choose your payment method and delivery address, and once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase to your email address, which will serve as confirmation that the products have been ordered.

Under the Consumer Protection Act, you can return the items you have received without justification. The only additional cost is the postage if you send it by post. You must notify us of your withdrawal from the contract by email to furamzase.si within 14 days of receipt of the shipment, provided that the products are in their original packaging and have not been damaged or used. Products must be returned in their original packaging, as recommended and without a ransom. We will refund the purchase price of the returned items to your bank account upon receipt of the returned shipment.

The delivery price in Slovenia is the same for all packages, € 4.90. When ordering items over € 100.00, postage is free of charge for the buyer.

Of course you can. During the purchase process, you must indicate that the recipient’s address is different from the invoice payer. We send you an invoice for payment and your friend a package with the items ordered and a dedication.

If all the items ordered are in stock, we will process your order within 2 days. It takes up to 4 working days for parcels to travel across Slovenia, and they are usually with you within a day or two after they have been dispatched.

We work with Post Slovenije to deliver your parcels.

We offer you the possibility to pay by bank transfer to TRR, cash on delivery or by credit card at the end of the purchase.

The Furam zase products are all made in Slovenia for the time being.

Aleksandra visualises the items in her head, the form suitable for print and production are made by her brother Sergej and his girlfriend Maruša. When designing new products, it often also takes into account the opinions of users and clients.
